Vivacore Physical Therapy is out of network for insurance. You will have access to a detailed invoice (called a Superbill) in your patient portal that includes all the required codes and information necessary to file with your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. You are responsible for checking with your specific insurance company to see if it covers physical therapy from out-of-network providers, and what type of deductible your plan includes.
We ask that clients pay for their sessions by credit card, debit card, HSA card, FSA card, cash, check or Zelle at the end of each session.
If you are a MEDICARE beneficiary, we are unable to see you at our practice at this time.

Yes, pregnancy is an excellent time to participate in pelvic floor therapy. If you are a high-risk pregnancy or have any specific precautions, please make sure to have a written prescription with you with those precautions specifically stated.

Yes. Although internal examination is the Gold Standard for pelvic floor assessment, a lot of information can be gleaned from an external examination. Please let your therapist know if you do not want an internal pelvic floor assessment.
